<br />E. Should the structure be placed adjacent the west property line, gutters must be <br />included to properly channel roof drainage away from the west residential property. <br /> <br />F. The accessory structure must be constructed typical residential materials. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Rosevil1e City Council, to approve of <br />the conditional use pel111it granting Advent Lutheran Church a conditional use pel111it to allow <br />the construction of a 1,200 square foot accessory building on the premises located at 300 <br />Hamline Avenue, based on the findings and conditions indicated above. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Mastel, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Maschka, Mastel, Klausing, Goedeke and Kysylyczyn <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
