We <br />greatly appreciate all the opportunities available through the community, park <br />and recreation systems, and the outstanding school systems this city has to <br />offer. <br /> <br />We strongly desire to stay in thi~l 8lrea, but our family has outgrown our present <br />home. We feel fortunate in owning property With a pond view, that we greatly <br />enjoy. Our present home is in significant need of update and repair. There is <br />vvood rotting in the floors and thel house only has a dirt crawl space underneath. <br />This moisture is also causing mOlld to grow vvhich is vary hazardous to our <br />health. The electrical vvork is oultdated and the plumbing is in dire need of <br />repair. <br /> <br />There is no feasible way to complete all the needed repairs on this house and <br />also add dimension to meet our fi9mily's growing needs. We are looking to take <br />down the existing structure and fl9build a new home to replace it. We would like <br />to take this opportunity to constmct a home that would allow us to view the pond <br />area from the back side of our home. <br /> <br />Designing a home to fit on this palrticular lot has been a challenge as the lot <br />dimensions are irregular. We have reviewed numerous plans and have 'J\IOrked <br />diligently with a contractor to design a home to meet our needs and also fit the <br />lot dimensions and zoning requirE~ments of the property. We are also looking to <br />have the home design blend with the character of the other homes in the <br />neighborhood. <br /> <br />With these parameters, we believ1e we have designed the perfect home for our <br />needs while complimenting the ne!ighborhood.
