N. <br />Roscville, MN 55113 <br />Fax: 651-697-1706 <br /> <br /> <br />July 26, 2001 <br /> <br /> <br />To: City of Roseville <br /> <br />From: Family Academy Charter School <br /> <br />Subject: Narrative for Interim Use Permit <br /> <br />The following is a brief narrative addressing the issues outlined in the <br />Interim Use Application, item 20D, for the Family Academy project at <br />the Advent Lutheran Church site located at 3000 Hamline Avenue. <br /> <br />1. An office modular building unit of approximately 12 x 56 will be <br />placed on the grass area directly to the right of the east entrance <br />of the building. <br />2. The office modular unit will be used to house Family Academy <br />Administrative offices, which will give the existing building more <br />classroom space. A minimum number of students will visit this <br />modular per day for either clerical or counseling purposes only. <br />3. The office modular will not effect the parking lot or traffic <br />circulation. <br />4. The expected length of the modular will be 3 years or less. <br />5. The office modular will be provided with bas "skirting" and an <br />accessible ramp. Exterior materials are wood with a very low- <br />pitched metal or membrane roof with gutters for directional flow. <br />6. No change in landscaping is proposed. <br />7. The playground areas for the school will not be effected by this <br />plan. <br />8. Connections for water and sanitary will be provided by an off site <br />sanitation service. <br /> <br />Ene.
