September 25,2001 Family Academy School Attn: Ann Hennessey 3000 Hamline Avenue North Roseville, MN 55113 RE: Request for an Interim Use Permit (PF3336) Dear Ms Hennessey: The purpose of this letter is to confirm the action of the Roseville City Council, at their meeting of September 241\ relative to your request for an interim use permit to allow a modular office structure adjacent to the school use within Advent Lutheran Church at 3000 Hamline Avenue North. The Council approved a three-year Interim Use Permit for Family Academy School to allow the operation of a temporary 672 square foot modular office along the east side of Advent Lutheran Church at 3000 Hamline Avenue, subject to the following, as well as conditions outlined in the attached draft resolution (numbered 1 through 12): The three year interim use permit shall be reviewed administratively by the City on an annual basis on the anniversary date of the resolution granting the interim use permit; A staff compliance report shall be submitted to the Planning Commission and City Council annually and within 120 days of expiration in the third year of use; The interim use permit shall become null and void after 36 months of operation unless the applicant reapplies for a future interim use permit 120 days prior to the permit expiration date (September 24, 2004); The permit and any extension are subject to the condition of the resolution dated September 24,2001. A copy of the draft Resolution is enclosed for your files. After the proper signatures have been obtained, the Resolution will be sent to your attention and recorded at Ramsey County on your behalf.
