The Community <br />Development Department has reviewed your application and has determined that it is <br />incomplete. Specifically, the community Development Department is unable to fOlward your <br />application to the Development Review Committee (DRC) without a site plan and elevation <br />drawings. <br /> <br />The site plan should include your full property, all buildings and driveway/sidewalks. The site <br />plan should indicate the proposed addition and include the proposed size. As well, all structures <br />should be noted with their sizes. The elevation drawings can be conceptual, but should give the <br />DRC a good idea of what the proposed addition will look like. <br /> <br />Please provide the site plan and elevation drawings at your earliest convenience. Upon the <br />submittal of the required/requested information, the setback permit application will be forwarded <br />to the DRC for action.
