<br />WHEREAS, Mr. Telstad desires to place the new garden shed in the same location as the <br />existing shed which is 2-1/2 feet from the west property line; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Roseville Planning Commission held a public hearing regarding the <br />variance request by Mr. Telstad and voted (5-0) to recommend approval of the request based on <br />findings outlined in Section 4 and 5, and the conditions stipulated in section 6 of the project <br />report dated 11/14/01. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to grant Mr. <br />James Telstad, 2993 Fairview Avenue, a 2-1/5 foot variance to Section 1004.01A8 of the <br />Roseville City Code based on the findings stipulated in section 4 and 5, and the conditions <br />stipulated in section 6 of the project report dated 11/26/01. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Mastel and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Maschka, Mastel, <br />Goedeke, Klausing and Kysylyczyn <br /> <br />and the following voted against: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />2 <br />
