MAKING THE VISION A <br />REALITY <br /> <br />To implement the Roseville Comprehensive Plan, a number of programs and <br />regulations are necessary. These include the Five-year Capital Improvements <br />Plan (CIP), the Five-year Economic Development Plan; an up-to-date Zoning <br />Ordinance and City Code as well as numerous master planning processes and <br />committees.
