<br /> <br />o <br /> <br />Roseville's 2000 Census population of 33,690 was the eighteenth largest of the 146 Twin <br />City meh'o area suburban communities. Roseville is also the third largest city in Ramsey <br />County. Incorporated with a population of 4,589 in 1948, the community experienced <br />rapid growth in the 50's and 60's. By 1970, the growth slowed as the community matured <br />and less land was available for development. In 1999 the population was estimated by the <br />city at 34,525. Projections indicate a moderate growth rate through the year 2020 when <br />Roseville will have 37,000 residents. <br /> <br /> City of Roseville Population- Actual&. The largest population group is among <br />the 20-44 age group.
