The City <br />accounts for approximately 60% of the total student population in ISO 623 and around 5% of ISO <br />621. After a period of steady enrollments in ISD 623 covering the years 1993-2001 (approximately <br />2% decline toward 2001), the projection for the years 2002-2012 forecast a 13'Y'o decline.
