Multi-family housing. <br /> <br />C. Special Minimum Requirements: <br /> <br />1. All uses shall be subject to Business Park Design Standards as <br />specified in Section 1010. <br /> <br />2. Maximum Floor Area Ratio: No maximum floor area ratio is required. <br />A minimum floor area ratio shall be 0.5achievable in stages through a <br />planned unit development. A maximum floor area ratio shall be 0.75 <br />unless increased within the planned unit development agreement. <br /> <br />3. Setbacks: <br /> <br />a. Front Yard Setback: Front yard setback shall be thirty feet <br />(30') unless specified otherwise in the planned unit <br />development agreement The minimum front yard setback for <br />parking shall be a minimum of fifteen feet (15 '), with <br />landscape screening and/or berming to a height of36 inches <br />above the parking lot curb as required in Section 1010 unless <br />specified otherwise in the planned unit development <br />agreement. <br /> <br />b. Side and Rear Yard Setbacks: The side and rear yard <br />setbacks shall be ten feet (10'). Parking may occur within <br />ten feet (10') of a side or five feet (5') of a rear lot line unless <br />otherwise specified in the planned unit development <br />agreement. In the case of comer or double frontage lots, the <br />front setbacks shall apply. <br /> <br />4. Building Height: The maximum height of buildings in the B-6 District <br />shall be five stories or seventy feet above grade, whichever is less. <br /> <br />2 <br />
