Tree protection details are not included on the plans. Please revise and <br />resubmit. <br />2. Proper permit application has not been submitted. Please complete the <br />attached application and submit. <br />3. All secondary curb cuts on lona Lane to be closed and reconstructed with <br />curbing to match. Please note on plans. <br />4. Plans must show garage elevations and driveway slope to curb - please revise <br />and resubmit. <br />5. Verify swale edge along east and north property line is adequate to retain <br />storm water from impacting adjacent properties. Submit verification. <br />6. Erosion control must be installed according to plans and inspected, prior to <br />permit issuance. Please install and call for an inspection. <br />7. Verifieation of well abandonment is required prior to permit issuance. Please <br />submit. <br />8. Verification of utilities disCOlmect at main is required prior to permit issuance. <br />Please submit. <br />9. Plans identify front yard areas to be flat, however, drainage arrows indicate <br />front yards slope to street. Please clarify this apparent contradiction and <br />submit for review. <br />10. The 1. 75% grass slope behind homes to carry storm drainage to the northwest <br />corner is inadequate. Please revise and demonstrate hO'vv the rear areas will <br />drain without sporadic ponding and complaints of wet rear yards. <br />11. Please indicate the number of cubic yards of dirt to moved on/off site and, the <br />number of cubic yards of dirt moved within the site.
