<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />ofRoseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held at the City Hall on Monday, the 17th <br />day of December, 2001, at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Council Member <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE 60-DAY REVIEW PERIOD REGARDING A <br />REQUEST BY STONEY RIVER DEVELOPMENT FOR A SIX LOT PRELIMINARY <br />PLAT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 495 IONA LANE (PF3357) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an application was submitted by Stoney Rover Development of November <br />13,2001 for consideration ofa preliminary plat in accordance with Section 1100 of the Roseville <br />City Code; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said application was reviewed and accepted as complete by the Community <br />Development Department on November 13,2001; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said application has been submitted to the Planning Commission for <br />consideration at their regular meeting of December 12, 2001; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council meets on December 17,2002 for which the time line to <br />properly develop the required Report for Council Action is too short; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is anticipated that the City Council will hold their first regular meeting of <br />the new year on January 14,2002, which is past the 60-day review deadline; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Community Development Department has requested a 60-day extension <br />to the 60-day review period, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 15.99, to allow the proper review <br />and consideration of the Stoney River Development request; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council (the "Council") of the <br />City of Roseville, (the "City"), Ramsey County, Minnesota, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes <br />15.99, the time line for agency review of the application of Stoney River Development for <br />consideration of a six lot preliminary plat be extended for 60 days, from January 12,2002 to <br />March 13, 2002. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Council Member and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in <br />favor: <br /> <br />and the following voted against: <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
