<br />ORDINANCE NO. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 10, OF THE CITY CODE, <br />CHANGING THE ZONING MAP DESIGNATION OF CERTAIN REAL <br />PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE TWIN LAKES BUSINESS PARK AREA <br />FROM <br />1-1, LIGHT INDUSTRIAL, 1-2 GENERAL INDUSTRIAL, B-1 LIMITED <br />BUSINESS, B-4 RETAIL OFFICE SERVICE, and R-l RESIDENTIAL <br />TO <br />B-6 MIXED USE BUSINESS PARK (PF #3359) <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville does ordain: <br /> <br />Section 1. Real Property Rezoned. Pursuant to Section 1015 (Zoning <br />Amendments) of the City Zoning Code of the City of Roseville, and after the City <br />Planning Commission and Council consideration on Planning File 3359, the following <br />property, generally located in the Twin Lakes Business Park is hereby rezoned from I-I, <br />Light Industrial, 1-2 General Industrial, B-1 Limited Business, B-4 Retail Office Service, <br />and R-1 Residential to B-6, Mixed Use Business Park. <br /> <br />The Twin Lakes Business Park is the area generally described, following centerlines, lot <br />and parcel boundaries, as follows (all measurements are approximate): <br /> <br />From the Northwest Comer of Section 4, Township 29, Range 23, Ramsey County, Minnesota, <br />south 1265 feet along the centerline of Cleveland Avenue to the point of beginning, then easterly <br />a distance of approx. 902 feet, then southerly 315 feet, then easterly 416 feet to the west right- <br />of-way line of the 33 foot wide Prior Avenue, then southerly along that line approx. 602 feet to <br />the intersection with a line running southwesterly approx. 790 feet to a point along the centerline <br />of County Road C-2 which is approx. 980 feet east of its intersection with the centerline of <br />Cleveland Avenue, then southerly approx. 650 feet, then easterly 35 feet, then southerly approx. <br />300 feet, then easterly 240 feet, then southerly 270 feet, then easterly 580 feet, then north and <br />easterly along an irregular line on the eastern boundary of Langton Lake a distance of 835 fete, <br />then, easterly 2346 feet along the south edge of platted and Oasis Park property, then southerly a <br />distance of 21 0 1 feet to the south right of way of County Road C, then westerly along the south <br />right of way a distance of approx. 4210 feet to the intersection with the centerline of Cleveland <br />Avenue, then northerly along the Cleveland Avenue centerline a distance of approx. 4371 feet to <br />the point of beginning, and as shown on the attached property parcel map. <br /> <br />Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance amendment to the City Code shall <br />take effect upon the passage and publication of this ordinance. <br /> <br />Passed this 1 ih day of June 2002. <br />
