The <br />uses and setbacks for this "B-4" site are attached and are available on the City's <br />Home Page. <br /> <br />The current Comprehensive Plan designation for this site is Twin Lakes <br />Mixed Use Business Park, which anticipated a mix of office, retail, housing and <br />hi-tech buildings. <br /> <br />New Zoning in Process: The City of Roseville is also in the process of rezoning <br />all of the properties within the Twin Lakes Business Park (including 1947 County <br />Road C West) to a zoning district, "B-6" Mixed Use Business Park Zone, to be <br />consistent with the Comprehensive Plan designation.
