Reports.
City of Roseville - City met with URS (contract engineer) to develop options for
transit hub location including connection over B2. Issues identified include:
access to Rosedale and grade change, visibility of Crossroads tenants,
ownership and maintenance, access from County B2. Rosedale prefers that
location be all inclusive on their site.
Metro Transit - There is some flexibility in the timing for the use of funds but
would prefer to stay on track with design in 2002 and construction in 2003.
Metro Transit would like to move forward with the bus staging area
improvements. The area could be moved but prefer to not lose the investment
that has already been made to the site.
Rosedale (Jones Lang LaSalle) Dan & Rollin provided an update on possible
expansion plans for Rosedale and how the ramp would work into the tentative
plans. Jones Lang LaSalle will provide some options for ramp locations.

Page I of2
