Progress Reports <br />Rosedale: Transit and parking need to be expanded to meet demand. <br /> <br />a. What other info needs to be shared? <br />Costs of parking and hub are budgeted for 2003; Design is to be done in 2002; <br />No land acquisition is anticipated. <br />b. Are we ahead or behind schedule? <br />On Schedule, but need to continue. <br />Hire consultants for concept and design. <br />Can Metro Transit send dollars to Roseville, which can be used on the project in <br />Rosedale under a City Development Agreement. <br />Who owns, who leases, and terms are all important? <br />How long does it remain as Metro Transit asset and investment? <br />c. Other Transit HUBs <br />Northtown; Maplewood; Southdale; Mall of America; SunRay <br /> <br />3. Anything Unexpected? <br /> <br />a.
