State exactly what is intended to be do new on or with the property that interim use <br />permit: <br /> <br />To operate a "free" Park & Ride service from each Park & Ride site to and from <br />the Minnesota State Fair, August 22nd thru September 2nd, 2002 from 8 a.m. to <br />approximately midnight (10 p.m. Labor Day, September 2nd.) <br /> <br />Each site will have: Minnesota State Fair employees or volunteer groups paid <br />by the Minnesota State Fair. <br /> <br />A Certificate of Insurance with the State of Minnesota <br />Risk Management Division for liability. <br /> <br />Two-way radio communication with the Park & Ride <br />Supervisor. Lots have hourly radio security checks starting <br />at 8 P.M. <br /> <br />Portable restrooms and trash containers that are empty <br />daily. Minnesota State Fair will be responsible for cleaning <br />lots. <br /> <br />lO'xlO' tents to provide shade for Park & Ride guests. <br /> <br />Information and directional signage is set-up and removed <br />by Park & Ride personnel. <br /> <br />Coach or transit bus service (contracted with Metro Transit <br />or Lorenz Bus Company) will operate at 15 to 20 minute <br />intervals, within stated hours of operation.
