<br />Covenant Church, Roseville Area High School, St. Michael's Lutheran Church, and The <br />Church of St. Rose, in conjunction with the Minnesota State Fair, subject to the following <br />conditions: <br /> <br />A. The hours of operation at each of the seven sites are limited from 8 a.m. to <br />midnight during the l2-day Minnesota State Fair. <br /> <br />B. Each site must have a minimum of one portable restroom that is cleaned on a <br />regular basis (every four days). <br /> <br />C. Each site must have trash containers appropriately placed throughout the site to <br />encourage use. Each trash container must be emptied daily. <br /> <br />D. Each site must be monitored (walked by volunteer staff) hourly between the hours <br />of 8 a.m. and 7 p.m. and every half hour between the hours of 7 p.m. and <br />midnight. <br /> <br />E. Each site is allowed directional signage and a "lot full" not exceeding 28 inches <br />by 36 inches. Directional signage must be placed on the site directing users away <br />from local residential streets. Set-up and takedown of directional signage and <br />other pertinent information must take place daily. <br /> <br />F. All bus traffic must take place on collector or arterial roads. <br /> <br />G. The Interim Use Permit for Bethany Baptist Church will be reviewed in 2003 to <br />determine whether adjacent property owner concerns have been properly <br />addressed. <br /> <br />H The Interim Use Permit for Church of Corpus Christi, Grace Church ofRoseville, <br />Roseville Covenant Church, Roseville Area High School, St. Michael's Lutheran <br />Church, and The Church of St. Rose does not have an annual review component. <br /> <br />1. The City has the ability, should certain altercations, events, or issues arise, to shut <br />down a lot if deemed necessary by the City Manager or his/her assignee. <br /> <br />J The Community Development Staff, based on citizen complaints, will <br />administratively review each IUP to determine whether modifications are <br />necessary and forward for appropriate action. <br /> <br />K. All seven of the Interim Use Permits have a five-year time line expiring in <br />September 2006. <br /> <br />L.
