<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the <br />Roseville Local Development Corporation, County of Ramsey, Minnesota <br />was duly held on the 12th day of November, 1991, at 7:55 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Cushman, Thomas, Johnson, Maschka, <br />and Rog, and the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Member Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 7 <br /> <br />MRS. RUTH M. OTTOSON SATISFACTION OF MORTGAGE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The Roseville Local Development Corporation loaned $20,000 to <br />Ruth M. Ottoson as part of its Villa Park C.D.B.G. Program; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ruth Ottoson has now paid back the total amount of the loan; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The Local Development Corporation should execute a satisfac- <br />tion of Mortgage confirming this repayment; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Roseville Local Development <br />Corporation is authorized to execute a satisfaction of Mortgage docu- <br />ment for Ruth M. Ottoson. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Member Thomas, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the <br />following voted in favor thereof: Cushman, Thomas, Johnson, Maschka, <br />and Rog, and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br /> <br />~-OaJt,)L ) <br />/J~ nne, Cushman, Secretary <br />cL6cal Development Corporation <br /> <br />
