<br />REQUEST FOR CITY COUNCIL ACTION <br /> <br />Date: 01.06.03 <br />Item No: <br /> <br />Department Approval: <br />QQb---- - <br />Item Description: <br /> <br />Agenda Section: <br />CONSENT <br /> <br />Set AImual Meeting of the Roseville Local Development Corporation <br /> <br />Manager Approved: <br /> <br />1.0 REQUESTED ACTION <br /> <br />1.1 By motion, set a meeting date for the Roseville Local Development Corporation (LDC). <br /> <br />2.0 BACKGROUND <br /> <br />2.1 The City's Local Development Corporation was fom1ed in 1988 to access funds from the <br />U.S. Housing and Urban Development (HUD) in conjunction with the low interest loan <br />program at Villa Park <br /> <br />2.2 The Council meets mmually, prior to a regular meeting, as the LDC to elect new officers <br />and to discuss other organizational business. In the past, the meeting date has been set by <br />the Council and public notice has been provided per the City public notice procedures. <br /> <br />3.0 SUGGESTED COUNCIL ACTION <br /> <br />3.1 By motion, approve January 27,2003, at 5 :50 p.m., as a date and time for the meeting of <br />the Roseville Local Development Corporation. <br /> <br />\\CommDev\Planning Files\3350-3399\3385 _Local Dev.
