<br />Roseville Local Development Corporation Minutes <br /> <br />The meeting of the Roseville Local Development Corporation (LDC) was Roll Call <br />called to order by President Dean Maschka, at 6: 15 p.m. at Roseville City <br />Hall on Monday, January 22, 2001. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Goedeke, Mastel, and Maschka <br />Members Absent: Kysylyczyn. <br /> <br />Goedeke moved, Mastel seconded that the Local Development Corporation Minutes <br />minutes of January 22, 2000, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, <br />Mastel and Maschka Nays: None. <br /> <br />Goedeke moved, Mastel seconded, that the following officers be elected: <br /> <br />Election of <br />Officers <br /> <br />President <br />Secretary <br />Treasurer <br />Secretary I s Designee <br /> <br />John Goedeke <br />Barbara Mastel <br />John Kysylyczyn <br />Dean Maschka <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Mastel, and Maschka and Wall.
