Draft ordinance attached for review and discussion. <br /> <br />4.0 SUGGESTED ACTION: <br /> <br />4.1 Open second reading and seek public input. <br /> <br />4.2 By motion, decide which ordinance language is necessary for regulating fence types, <br />heights, and locations for parcels adjacent shoreland and wetland areas.
