<br />ADDENDUM TO APPLICATION FOR DIVISION OF LAND <br />BY PAUL J. AND JEAN M. ADAM <br /> <br />We acquired title to the parcel of land described in Exhibit <br />A to this Application by purchase from David and Sherilyn <br />Torgerson on September 7, 2001. The land is single tax parcel. <br /> <br />The reason we acquired the property is that the first <br />description in the property acquired is completely surrounded by <br />land which we already own. The requested lot division and the <br />combining of the West 59 feet of the East 210 feet of the North <br />160 feet of the South 370.86 feet of the Southwest Quarter of the <br />Northwest Quarter with the remainder of our land will give us <br />complete ownership of the property described as Parcel B in the <br />survey of David Torgerson dated November 7, 2001. <br /> <br />It is our desire to combine that parcel into a single tax <br />parcel and will not result in a landlocked parcel. <br /> <br />As indicated on the Application, the front footage on <br />Roselawn Avenue is less than current code and less than those in <br />the neighborhood, but that is an existing condition which is not <br />changed by the Application.
