<br />K. The existing detached garage and any shed or other accessory building being <br />razed prior to the issuance of the building permit to start construction of the new <br />accessory structure. <br /> <br />1. The conditional use permit expires six months after approval if a building permit <br />has not been issued (Section 1013.03). <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to approve of <br />the conditional use permit granting Patrick Chierello a conditional use permit to allow the <br />construction of a 32 foot by 28 foot (896 square foot) detached accessory building in the rear <br />yard of property located at 2415 Dale Street, based on the findings and conditions indicated <br />above and further stipulation that the existing garage will be razed and no additional buildings <br />will be placed on the site. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />Page 3 of3 <br />
