The conditional use permit expires 6 months after approval if a building permit <br />has not been issued (Section 1013.03). <br /> <br />8. 0 SUGGESTED PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION <br /> <br />8.1 By motion, recommend approval (approval with modifications or denial) of an 8 <br />square foot variance from Section 1004.01A5 to allow construction of a detached <br />accessory building 8 square feet larger than the City Code allows for property <br />located at 2415 Dale Street, based on the comments and findings in Section 5 and 6 <br />of the project report dated April 3, 2002. <br /> <br />8.2 By motion recommend approval (approval with modifications/denial) of a conditional <br />use permit to allow construction of a 32 foot by 28 foot (896 sq. ft.) detached <br />accessory building in the rear yard of property located at 2415 Dale Street, based on <br />the findings in Section 4 and the conditions stipulated in Section 7 of the project <br />report dated April 3, 2002. <br /> <br />Prepared by: Thomas Paschke (490-2236) <br />Attachments: Property location map; site photo; site plan.
