On April 2, 2002, the Community <br />Development Department issued your building permit to allow the construction to begin. Since <br />the issuance of the building permit, you have progress well, only requiring a final inspection. <br /> <br />The purpose of this letter is to discuss the completion of certain aspects of your conditional use <br />permit and to seek your interest in addressing other matters. Specifically, I would like to discuss <br />and approve the required landscape for the north side of the garage; review and approve the <br />required gutters that direct run-off away from adjacent properties; seek your cooperation in the <br />removing items from the yard into the garage; your interest in removing a portion of the existing <br />chain link fence (south property line); and your interest in installing trees on the south property <br />line adjacent a portion of fence to better screen adjacent property owners view of garage. <br /> <br />I look forward to your call and to meet with you to resolve these items.
