Application submitted on January 14, 2002 <br />. Determined complete on February 6, 2002 <br />· 60-day review deadline on April 7, 2002 <br />· Staff Review: Approval with conditions - March 6, 2002 <br />· Planning Commission: Recommendation to Approve (4-2) - March 6, 2002 <br />. City Council Action March 25, 2002 <br /> <br />2.0 SUMMARY OF RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> <br />2.1 The Community Development Staff recommends approval of the request by the Mr. <br />Robert Lichtscheidl for a Conditional Use Permit allowing the construction of a 1,008 <br />square foot accessory building (detached garage) in the rear yard of property located at <br />2550 Western Avenue with the conditions indicated in Section 7 of this project report. <br /> <br />3.0 SUGGESTED ACTION: <br /> <br />3.1 Approve with conditions.
