City Council: Action/Approval- March 25,2002 <br /> <br />2.0 SUMMARY OF RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> <br />2.1 The Community Development Staff recommends approval of the request by Love From <br />Minnesota for a Conditional Use Permit allowing the retail sale (off-sale) of Minnesota <br />Wine on the premises located at 2465 Fairview Avenue with the conditions indicated in <br />Section 6 of this project report. <br /> <br />3.0 SUGGESTED ACTION: <br /> <br />3.1 Approval with conditions.
