<br />A. The retail wine sales area be a minimum of 1,600 square feet in size and located <br />within the current footprint of the existing building. <br /> <br />B. The conditional use permit expires 6 months after approval if a building permit <br />(interior remodeling) has not been issued. (Section 1013.03) <br /> <br />7.0 PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION: <br /> <br />7.1 On March 6, 2002, the Roseville Planning Commission held the public hearing pertaining <br />to the Love Form Minnesota request. At the hearing there were no adjacent property <br />owners or citizens present to address Planning Commission.
