The corridor already has a multi-use <br />pathway along the south right- of- way. The manual recommends sidewalk construction, <br />with pedestrian plazas. Pedestrian level lighting, street trees, and other streetscape <br />amenities are proposed throughout the corridor to enhance the safety of the corridor for <br />non- motorized vehicles. There is an emphasis on strengthening pedestrian connections to <br />the surrounding land uses to establish linkages to all districts adjoining this corridor. <br /> <br />B. Wastewater Treatment <br /> <br />No impacts to wastewater treatment. <br />
