<br />subject to compliance with the Mediation Agreement, including $37.58/ft. reimbursement to Mr. <br />Hofffrom the City for the cost of the fence and $ 12.42/ft reimbursement for removal of the fence, <br />and having Awe Fence, a private contractor, remove the fence. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to grant <br />Bradley Hoff, 1897 Shady Beach Avenue, a variance to Section 1012.02B2, of the Roseville City <br />Code, being a 2 12 foot front yard fence variance, based on history of this case and findings set <br />forth in the Mediation Agreement. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member <br />Kough and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Maschka, Kough, Klausing <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
