It does not meet the present bulding code in the <br />city of Rosevllle. <br /> <br />Aesthetically, the fence Is In a dilapidated condition. Portions of the fence are In <br />disrepair. An Ac.t of God may cause your fence to fall onto my property causing <br />damage to my property. The fence may fall while yard maintenance Is being <br />done causing injury to others or myself. <br /> <br />I would ask that the fence In the yard facing the lake conform to the Roseville <br />building code. The remaining fence to the easterly direction you be aware of <br />your liability threat. <br /> <br />Saturdays and Sundays are the only days of the week where I can sleep In, in the <br />morning.
