Roseville Development Review <br />Committee's (DRC) Setback Permit Hearing on Thursdav. Mav 3.2001. at 3:30 p.m.. in the <br />Roseville Citv Hall Communitv Development Conference Room. <br /> <br />Joel and Lori Cheney have requested a Setback Permit to allow construction of a single family <br />home on the vacant lot at northeast comer of County Road B and Acorn Road. The proposal <br />includes a six foot encroachment into the required 30 foot side yard (street) setback <br />adjacent to Acorn Road and a six foot encroachment into the required 30 foot rear yard <br />setback. The applicants have applied for the Setback Permit to allow a code deviation in <br />order to preserve mature trees on the parcel. <br /> <br />The Setback Permit process allows adjacent property owners the opportunity to comment on the <br />proposal in writing and also allow for the opportunity to comment at the above-mentioned <br />hearing. Should you have any comments or questions about this particular Setback Permit <br />application, please feel free to attend the meeting on May 3, 2001, or call me at 651-490-2236. <br /> <br />Attached for your information is a copy of the application, and site plan.
