<br />· Hosted two first time homebuyer training sessions <br /> <br />· Over 265 residents were served in 2001 with over 250 on-site construction <br />consultation visits. <br /> <br />· 30 low interest Roseville loans were issued for a total of $244,400, which <br />leveraged $331,000 in improvements. <br /> <br />· 51 cash rebates were provided totaling $64,400, leveraging $600,000 in home <br />improvements. <br /> <br />Enhance availability of Multi-Family Rehabilitation Programs <br /> <br />· No significant actions in 2001 <br /> <br />Coordinate and Improve Annual Housing Fair <br /> <br />· Completed the 5th Annual Home & Garden Fair with 52 exhibitors and over 1,000 <br />attendees. Show was sold out one month prior to deadline. Made significant <br />improvements to the show such as better sign age, more landscape seminars, <br />better quality booth area, more children's activities and an exhibit lounge. <br /> <br />· Worked with volunteer committee on the 6th Annual Home & Garden Fair, which <br />sold out one month prior to registration deadline.
