WHEREAS, said existing impervious area on the premises exceed the maximum total surface area allowed by Section 1004.0 1A6 by 270 square feet or 2% and the existing shed encroached into the required setback (corner side yard) 23 feet 3 inches; and WHEREAS, the Roseville Planning COllli11ission held the public hearing regarding the variance request by The Viking Racing Pigeon Club on July 10,2002, and recommended (5-1) approval of the request, based on findings outlined in Section 6 and conditions of Section 7 of the project report dated July 10, 2002. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to grant the Viking Racing Pigeon Club a 270 square foot (2%) variance to Section 1004.01A6 and a 23 foot 3 inch variance to Section 1 004.02D4 of the Roseville City Code based on the findings in Section 6 of the project report dated August 19,2002, and subject to the following conditions: 1. The shed being screened with a year round landscaping on the south and a portion of the east of the property directly adjacent said shed. 2. The applicant submitting and receiving a permit for the driveway work completed consistent with the approved variance. 3. The applicant submitting and receiving a permit for the garden shed, consistent with the approved variance. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member Kough and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Maschka, Kough, Klausing and the following voted against: None WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. 2
