B. <br /> <br />Agenda Section: <br />LAND USE <br /> <br />Request by the Viking Racing Pigeon Club (Paul Rudolph) for a <br />variance to Section 1004.02D4 and Section 1004.01A6 of the Roseville <br />City Code for property at 716 County Road "c" (PF3393). <br /> <br /> <br />Department Approval: <br />DPW /TP <br /> <br />Item Description: <br /> <br />1.0 REQUESTED ACTION: <br /> <br />1.1 Paul Rudolph (Viking Racing Pigeon Club) has requested a variance to Section <br />1004.02D4 (Yard Requirements - Setbacks) to allow a shed within the required 30 foot <br />setback for a public right-of-way and a variance to Section 1004.01A6 (Maximum Total <br />Surface Area) to allow a previously completed driveway replacement a slight addition to <br />remain, creating a total impervious coverage estimated at 32%. <br /> <br />PROJECT REVIEW HISTORY <br /> <br />. Application submitted on May 30, 2002 <br />. Determined complete on June 4,2002 (contingent of property survey) <br />. 60-day review deadline on July 30, 2002 (contingent of property survey) <br />. Staff Review: Approval with conditions - July 10, 2002 <br />. Planning Commission Recommendation: Approval (5-1) w/conditions, July 10,2002 <br />.
