<br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />Motion: Member Duncan moved, seconded by Member Wilke to recommend adoption of an <br />ordinance which adds new language and regulation in the City's official controls relating to <br />sexually oriented business uses, including the City's zoning and land use regulations, and include <br />1,320 feet separation. <br /> <br />Ayes: 6 <br />Nays: 0 <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />City Attorney Joel Jamnik explained the additional land uses suggested by Member Olson be <br />added to Section 1017.03A, 2 to 8. <br /> <br />Andrea McDowell Poehler noted that in addition to land use regulations, licensing would also be <br />recommended to City Council. <br /> <br />Member Mulder suggested more clarity in the wording of civic and government buildings. <br /> <br />Motion: Member Mulder moved, seconded by Member Duncan, to direct staff to provide more <br />wording on civic, government and public buildings. <br /> <br />Ayes: 6 <br />Nays: 0 <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />\\Victoria\CommDev\Planning Fi1es-3350-3399\3394 _ Ord,SexlyRelated Bus\PCExcerpt_ 050 I 02.doc <br />
