<br />Vazquez a 7.5 foot variance to Section 1004.02D5 (Yard Requirements - Front Yard Setback) of <br />the Roseville City Code based on the findings in Section 5 of the project report dated June 17, <br />2002, and subject to the following conditions:. <br /> <br />a. The applicant submitting a site plan with the exact measurement the principal <br />structure lies from the front property line, which will require locating the front <br />property comer pins. <br /> <br />b. The variance not exceeding the dimensions indicated on the submitted site plans <br />or a three foot encroachment from the porch foundation (based on staff analysis <br />this would equal a 7.5 foot variance). <br /> <br />c. The review and approval of a building permit consistent with the approved <br />variance and plans. <br /> <br />d. The installation of roof gutters to properly direct roof drainage away from the <br />adjacent properties. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Kough and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Kough, <br />Klausing, Schroeder, Maschka, Kysylyczyn <br /> <br />and the following voted against: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />2 <br />
