Smith <br />1922 Evergreen Court <br />Roseville, MN 55113 <br /> <br />RE: Setback Permitto allow Construction of a Covered Porch for 1922 Evergreen Court. <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Smith: <br /> <br />Please be informed that on Thursday, May 9, 2002, the Roseville Development Review <br />Committee (DRC) held the hearing to consider your request for a 3-1/2 foot Setback Permit <br />allowing an encroachment of 6-1/2 feet into the required side yard building setback at the <br />address stated above. The DRC found that your request met the necessary criteria and <br />reconmlended that your request be approved. <br /> <br />The purpose of this letter is to inform you that I have concurred with the reasoning set forth by <br />the DRC and have approved the Setback Permit. I also concur with the DRC condition attached <br />to the setback permit, which is as follows: <br /> <br />. Inspection to determine whether roof gutters are necessary and whether the existing <br />and/or required gutters along the north side of the house needed to be directed to facilitate <br />properly~emove roof drainage from the site. <br /> <br /> <br />Your building permit will be reviewed by Gerry Proulx, (561-490-2233) Residential Building <br />Inspector, and has a 10-day appeal time frame to May 21,2002, before a building pennit can be <br />issued.
