<br /> <br />Community Development Department <br />651.490.2279 . fax: 651.490.2931 <br /> <br />May 2, 2002 <br /> <br />Dear Roseville Property Owner: <br /> <br />You are cordially invited to attend and participate in the Roseville Development Review <br />Committee's (DRC) Setback Permit Heari11J! on Thursdav, Mav 9, 2002, at 3:30 p.m., in the <br />Roseville Citv Hall Communitv Development Conference Room. <br /> <br />Richard Smith, 1992 Evergreen Court, is seeking approval for a porch addition to the rear of <br />his existing home and in so doing has requested a Setback Permit to allow construction of the 12 <br />foot by 14 foot porch 6-1/2 feet from the north property line. The proposal requests a three and <br />one half foot encroachment into the required lO-foot side yard setback for the northerly <br />portion of the 14 foot long porch. <br /> <br />The Setback Permit process allows adjacent property owners the opportunity to comment on the <br />proposal in writing and also allow for the opportunity to comment at the above-mentioned <br />hearing. Should you have any comments or questions about this particular Setback Permit <br />application, please feel free to attend the DRC's Administrative Hearing on May 9, 2002, or you <br />may e-mail meatthomas.paschke(a).ci.roseville.mn.us or call me at 651-490-2236. <br /> <br />Attached for your information is a copy of the application, and site plan.
