I have reviewed the <br />submitted application and attachments, concluding that the application is incomplete. However, <br />I have determined that there is enough information to accept and start the variance process. <br />Specifically, the site plan did not provide the driveway dimensions necessary to complete an <br />accurate impervious calculation and the application is absent the property legal description. <br /> <br />In order to keep the process and continue forward to a hearing before the Planning Commission <br />on June 5, 2002, I request that the site plan be revised to indicate the exact size of the existing <br />driveway and any sidewalk/patio on the premises. Further, you will need to provide me with the <br />property legal description, which is included in your property title. <br /> <br />The information listed is necessary to complete the submittal requirements and confirm a hearing <br />date with the Planning Commission.
