<br />WHEREAS, the Roseville Planning Commission held a public hearing regarding the <br />variance request by Mr. Wilson and recommended (3 - 1, w/one Commissioner abstaining) to <br />approve the request, based on findings outlined in Section 5 and conditions of Section 6 of the <br />project report dated June 5, 2002. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to grant Robert <br />Wilson 13 foot variance to Section 1004.02D5 (Yard Requirements - Front Yard Setback) of the <br />Roseville City Code based on the findings in Section 5 of the project report dated June 17,2002, <br />and the following conditions: <br /> <br />a. The attached garage and living area (above) not encroaching more than 17 feet <br />into the front yard and be a maximum size of 30 feet wide and 26 feet deep. <br /> <br />b. The driveway (garage) be designed to reduce the slope of the access from West <br />Owasso Boulevard in accordance with Section 703.04B8. <br /> <br />c. Applicant submittal of an accurately scaled site plan indicating existing structures <br />and the proposed attached garage, their exact size, and their distance from <br />propeliy lines (comer pins must be located). Said site plan to be verified by City <br />Staff, based on city records and a site visit (no survey necessary unless comer <br />pins cmillot be located). <br /> <br />d. The review and approval of a building permit be consistent with the approved <br />vanance. <br /> <br />e. The installation of roof gutters to properly direct roof drainage away from the <br />adjacent properties. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Kough and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Kough, <br />Klausing, Schroeder, Mascl1ka, Kysylyczyn <br /> <br />and the following voted against: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />2 <br />
