Anticipated Council Action - June 17, 2002 <br /> <br />2.0 SUMMARY OF RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> <br />2.1 The Community Development Staff recommends approval of a 13 foot variance from <br />Section 1004.02D5 (Yard Requirements - Front Yard Setback) and Section 602.02 <br />(Parking of Boulevard Prohibited) of the Roseville City Code for Robert Wilson to allow <br />the replacement of a carport with an attached garage and living area, and residential <br />parking on the boulevard driveway, subject to conditions. <br /> <br />3.0 SUGGESTED ACTION: <br /> <br />3.1 By motion recommend approval with conditions (see Section 7 for more detail). <br /> <br />Background, Staff Comments/Findings, Detailed Recommendation, and Suggested Planning Commission <br />Action on following pages. <br /> <br />PF3400 - ReA 061702 - Page 1 of 5 <br />
