In so doing, they are requesting the vacation of a certain <br />utility easement, approval of a replacement easement, and approval of the sanitary sewer <br />rerouting (plans and legal descriptions attached). <br /> <br />PROJECT REVIEW HISTORY <br /> <br />. Application submitted on May 6, 2002 <br />. Determined complete on May 8, 2002 <br />. 60-day review deadline on July 7, 2002 <br />. Staff Review: Approval with conditions - June 5, 2002 <br />. Planning Commission: Hearing - June 5, 2002 <br />.
