<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council ofthe City <br />of Rose vi lIe, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 23rd day of September, <br />2002, at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Kysylyczn, Kough, Klausing, Maschka, Schroeder <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Councilmember Kysylyczyn introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption <br />which was duly seconded by Councilmember Kough. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION # <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING MAYOR'S APPOINTMENT OF THE <br />COMMISSIONERS OF THE <br />HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY IN AND FOR <br />THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council (the "Council") of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota (the 'City"), as follows: <br /> <br />1. Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 469.003 (the "Act") on _June 17, <br />2002, the Council adopted a resolution determining that the need exists for <br />the Housing and Redevelopment Authority in and for the City of <br />Roseville, Minnesota (the "Authority"), to function in the City. <br /> <br />2. On July 2, 2002, the abovementioned resolution was duly published in the <br />City's official newspaper of the City. In addition, the Council has caused <br />a certified copy of said resolution to be filed with the Commissioner of the <br />Minnesota Department of Trade and Economic Development and Ramsey <br />County HRA. <br /> <br />3.
