<br />Notice of Public Hearing on the Question of <br />the Need for a Housing and Redevelopment Authority <br />for the City of Roseville <br /> <br />Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be conducted by the City Council <br />of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, at the Roseville City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, <br />Roseville, Minnesota, at a meeting of the City Council to be held on June 10, 2002, <br />commencing at 7:00 p.m., Central Time. At the meeting the City Council will consider <br />the adoption of, and the public hearing will concern, a proposed resolution (1) which <br />finds that within the City of Roseville (a) substandard, slum, or blighted areas exist which <br />cannot be redeveloped without government assistance and (b) there is a shortage of <br />decent, safe, and sanitary dwelling accommodations available to persons of low income <br />and their families at rentals they can afford and (2) which declares that there is a need for <br />a housing and redevelopment authority to function in the City pursuant to the provisions <br />of Minnesota Statutes, Sections 469.001 to 469.047. <br /> <br />At the public hearing, opportunity to be heard will be granted to all residents of <br />the City and its environs and to all other interested persons. <br /> <br />By Order of the Roseville City <br />Council <br /> <br />By <br /> <br />City Manager <br /> <br />Dated: <br /> <br />,2002 <br />
