We also have received a letter from Mr. Paul Moe of the <br />Minnesota Department of Trade and Economic Development approving your request <br />provided that the Ramsey County HRA concurs. This request has been placed on the <br />Ramsey County HRA agenda for November 5, 2002. The HRA meeting will follow the <br />County Board's regular meeting which begins at 9:00 A.M.
