<br />City Manager's Certificate <br />of City Council Resolution <br /> <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly appointed and acting City Manager of the City of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing <br />resolution with the original thereof on tile in my office and further certify that the same is a full, <br />true, and complete copy of a resolution which was duly adopted by the Roseville City Council at <br />a duly called and regularly held special or regular meeting thereof held on June 10,2002. <br /> <br />I further certify that Councilmember Kough introduced said resolution, that <br />Councilmember Kough moved its adoption, which motion was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember Kysylyczyn, that either the resolution was read in full or its reading was <br />dispensed with by unanimous consent of the Council, and that upon roll call vote being taken <br />thereon, the following Council members voted in favor thereof: Kough, Schroeder, Kysylyczyn <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: Klausing and Maschka <br /> <br />whereupon the said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />.Witness my hand as the Roseville City Manager and the official seal of the City this <br />day Of\JLtj,E.~_~~, 2002. <br /> <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br />1384193vl <br />
