The <br />Community Development Department has detelmined that a VARIANCE to Section 1009.04A2 <br />(Residence District Signage) of the Roseville City Code is necessary to allow you sign. <br /> <br />I have reviewed your application, submitted information, and the City Code, determining that <br />your application is complete and will be forwarded to the Roseville Planning Commission for <br />consideration at a public hearing on August 6, 2003. <br /> <br />Future notice of the hearing will be forthcoming, as will a copy of the project report (created by <br />City Staff) upon its completion the week of July 28, 2003. Your attendance (or a representative) <br />at the Planning Commission is necessary.
