<br /> <br />August 19, 2003 <br /> <br />Daniel Stock <br />2560 North Fry Street <br />Roseville, MN 55113 <br /> <br />RE: City Council action on Variance request; 2555 Snelling Avenue, Rosevil/e (PF#3502) <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Stock: <br /> <br />This letter is to confirm that on August 18, 2003 the Roseville City Council approved your <br />request for a Variance to Section 1009.04A2, and Section 1009.03M to allow the installation ofa <br />second monument sign in the front yard of the Sunrise facility, where a sign identifies the Press <br />Gym. <br /> <br />The Roseville City Council adopted a Resolution (a draft copy of which is attached) approving <br />your request, based on the following conditions: <br /> <br />A. The sign must be no larger than 48 square feet in size and of a V -shaped design <br />with 2-4 foot by 6 foot sign panels. <br /> <br />B. The sign must be installed a minimum of I foot from the property line adjacent to <br />Snelling Avenue in the northeast portion of the parcel. <br /> <br />C. The review and approval of a sign permit must be consistent with the approved <br />plans and variances. <br /> <br />A final copy of the resolution will be provided to you and Sunrise Assisted Living upon its <br />execution by the appropriate City officers. Please review the conditions listed within the draft <br />resolution.
